Tree Farm Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Tree Farm for your gardening needs!

We provide a refund and/or exchange option for seeds within the initial 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Please note that plants are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund, your seeds must be in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.

Only regularly priced seeds are eligible for a refund; seeds on sale cannot be refunded.

Seeds will be replaced only if they are damaged or damp within the packet.

The following items are exempt from refunds:

  • Plants
  • Plant pots
  • Seed starter

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you a WhatsApp message to notify you of the receipt of your returned seeds. Subsequently, you will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The duration for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
