Palm Farm Nursery Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Palm Farm Nursery for your gardening needs!

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available. However, we do offer a return and exchange option for damaged or faulty goods within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges after this period. Please note that plants are not eligible for exchange.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
1. The product must be in its original packaging.
2. The item being exchanged must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags and packaging intact.
3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Only regularly priced items are eligible; sale items cannot be exchanged.

Special Note for Seeds:
Seeds can be replaced only if they arrive damaged, damp within the packet, or expired at the time of delivery.

Items Exempt from Returns and Exchanges:
– Plants

 

Return and Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via WhatsApp of its status. You will then be informed whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.

If approved:
– Your exchange will be processed.
– A tracking number will be provided once your replacement item has been shipped.

Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item. Please note that these costs are non-refundable.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. If your replacement does not arrive within 7 days of approval, contact us at 0978723616.
